1933 Squire

1933 Squire-front 3q

Details

Considered by many the most beautiful English sports car of the 1930’s, the degree of perfection required by the manufacturer made this car too expensive to sell. It features numerous engineering advances, including a gearbox that allowed the driver to “pre-select” the next gear, and a combination generator/starter.  Seven cars in all were made, three with this body style. This is chassis 001, the very first Squire ever made, and the only one to survive intact.
