1970 Plymouth Superbird

With their high wings and streamlined design, these big block monsters dominated NASCAR racing in 1969-70. On the high-banked tracks like Daytona and Talladega, these cars could reach speeds of over 200 mph in the hands of Richard Petty and Buddy Baker. They were outlawed by NASCAR in 1971.
