The Philadelphia Auto Show is produced and presented by the Automobile Dealers Association of Greater Philadelphia(ADAGP). Since 2003, ADAGP has contributed over $5.7 million to the Auto Dealers CARing for Kids Foundation. In turn, the Foundation has made more than $5.3 million in grants to local children’s charities.  This sum includes a $2 million, six-year pledge to The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. The funds from the pledge were used to support the Auto Dealers CARing for Kids Patient Welcome Center in the Richard D. Wood Pediatric Ambulatory Care Center and to benefit a dozen departments within the Hospital. Together, the ADAGP and the Foundation have made annual contributions to the Hospital for the past quarter of a century that total more than $5.4 million.

In addition to its generosity to the Hospital, the Foundation began its Driving Away the Cold program in 2008. With support from 170 local new car dealerships, this program has warmed the hearts of 108,950 local children in need with the gift of a new winter coat.
